If one does, Flex walks you through a brief chat-based consultation at checkout to confirm eligibility. You can pay with your HSA/FSA card, split the payment with a credit or debit card, or pay in full and submit the itemized receipt Flex sends you for reimbursement.

At checkout, select "Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA." Some products require a Letter of Medical Necessity. Complete a brief chat-based telehealth consultation to confirm eligibility if required.
