About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance & Ops, you’ll own strategic finance, sales finance, and revenue operations — building the models, processes, and systems that shape our growth. As the bridge between financial strategy and operational execution, you’ll drive forecasting, performance tracking, sales productivity, and GTM efficiency, working cross-functionally with Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Product.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Finance & General Finance
Build and maintain forward-looking financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making.
Drive monthly and quarterly reporting, tracking KPIs, budget vs. actuals, burn rate, and unit economics.
Own key elements of the monthly close process in partnership with accounting, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
Support annual budgeting and reforecasting cycles, aligning finance strategy with company objectives.
Partner with leadership to prepare investor updates, fundraising materials, and strategic presentations.
Analyze growth levers, profitability drivers, customer lifetime value, acquisition costs, and ROI of strategic initiatives.
Implement and refine finance processes, systems, and internal controls to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
Manage cross-functional initiatives to align financial planning with operational execution, ensuring resources are deployed for maximum impact.
Sales Finance & Revenue Operations
Own GTM metrics and dashboards — from pipeline coverage to close rates and sales productivity.
Partner with Sales leadership on quota setting, territory design, and commission structures.
Ensure CRM and reporting infrastructure deliver clean, reliable data.
Identify process gaps, implement tools, and streamline GTM workflows to accelerate growth.
Cross-Functional Strategy & Operations
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to connect operational metrics to business performance.
Serve as a thought partner to GTM leaders, providing insights that influence both near-term execution and long-term strategy.
Create a single source of truth for financial and operational performance metrics.
Who You Are
5–7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or revenue operations (startup experience strongly preferred).
Advanced modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL and BI tool experience (e.g., Looker, Metabase, Tableau) a plus.
Proven track record partnering with GTM teams to drive strategy and execution.
Strong communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
