ResMed AirSense™ 11 AutoSet With HumidAir™

The ResMed AirSense™ 11 AutoSet With HumidAir™ is an auto-adjusting CPAP machine designed for new users and people upgrading from older CPAP machines. It automatically adjusts airflow pressure throughout the night and includes an integrated, heated humidifier and heated tubing. A crisp color LCD touchscreen lets you customize settings and view sleep data. AutoRamp™ starts at a low pressure and ramps to the prescribed setting after up to 45 minutes, in 5-minute increments, or when you fall asleep. Temperature and humidity can be manually adjusted or set for automatic climate control. “For Him” and “For Her” algorithms are available. The personal myAir™ assistant guides device installation and therapy acclimation, while Care Check-In provides coaching and troubleshooting for new users. Dimensions: 3.72” x 10.71” x 5.45”; weight: 2.3 lbs.; sound level: 27 dBA. Includes ClimateLineAir™ tubing for automatic climate control and a 2-year warranty. A valid prescription is required before shipment.

Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) let you set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified health expenses. HSAs are linked to high-deductible health plans, and funds in these accounts roll over year after year. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow you to use pre-tax dollars for eligible health expenses. Unlike HSAs, FSAs are not tied to a specific health plan and often require you to use the funds within the calendar year. FSAs are typically provided by employers.
At checkout, select "Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA." Some products require a Letter of Medical Necessity. Complete a brief chat-based telehealth consultation to confirm eligibility if required. Enter your HSA/FSA card details and complete your purchase. If you don’t have your HSA/FSA card available, use a regular credit or debit card. Submit your Letter of Medical Necessity and itemized receipt (provided by Flex) to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.
HSA and FSA cards are debit cards, and the most common reason for declines is insufficient funds. Reach out to your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm your balance.
If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex - Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and Flex will email you an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.
A Letter of Medical Necessity is a document from a licensed healthcare provider that verifies the medical necessity of a product or service, making it eligible to purchase using your HSA or FSA. This might include items or treatments like supplements or physical therapy that aren’t automatically recognized as eligible expenses.
A licensed clinician will determine your eligibility during a chat-based telehealth consultation. According to IRS guidelines, you must have a medical condition that warrants the product or service you intend to purchase using your HSA/FSA. A range of conditions, such as cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, autoimmune, neurological, or mental health conditions, could qualify.
Your Letter of Medical Necessity is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used for any eligible purchases made during this time. Be sure to keep and submit all related receipts when filing with your HSA/FSA administrator.
You should keep it on file for at least three years in the event of an IRS audit of your HSA or FSA account. Occasionally, FSAs may ask for the Letter to confirm the eligibility of your purchase.
