Clinical Reformer® is a Pilates Reformer designed for clinicians treating special populations, including orthopedic, neurologic, and chronic pain conditions. It supports patients and clients of all fitness levels, with premium padding and upholstery, an ergonomic design, and an Infinity Footbar that adjusts along the entire frame. Choose 14”, 18”, or 24” frame height. The extra-wide 39” Infinity Footbar offers 160 securely locked positions, including positions over the carriage. The adjustable Revo Springbar has five positions and a 12” range. Includes six Signature Springs offering 46 resistance configurations, a built-in non-slip Standing Platform, firm CSP carriage padding, padded double loops, Foot Strap, Thigh Straps, Ankle/Wrist Straps, Standard Sitting Box, Padded Jumpboard, Platform Extender, climbing ropes, and TwistLock™ shoulder rests. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) let you set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified health expenses. HSAs are linked to high-deductible health plans, and funds in these accounts roll over year after year. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow you to use pre-tax dollars for eligible health expenses. Unlike HSAs, FSAs are not tied to a specific health plan and often require you to use the funds within the calendar year. FSAs are typically provided by employers.

At checkout, select "Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA." Some products require a Letter of Medical Necessity. Complete a brief chat-based telehealth consultation to confirm eligibility if required. Enter your HSA/FSA card details and complete your purchase. If you don’t have your HSA/FSA card available, use a regular credit or debit card. Submit your Letter of Medical Necessity and itemized receipt (provided by Flex) to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.

HSA and FSA cards are debit cards, and the most common reason for declines is insufficient funds. Reach out to your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm your balance.

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex - Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and Flex will email you an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

A Letter of Medical Necessity is a document from a licensed healthcare provider that verifies the medical necessity of a product or service, making it eligible to purchase using your HSA or FSA. This might include items or treatments like supplements or physical therapy that aren’t automatically recognized as eligible expenses.

A licensed clinician will determine your eligibility during a chat-based telehealth consultation. According to IRS guidelines, you must have a medical condition that warrants the product or service you intend to purchase using your HSA/FSA. A range of conditions, such as cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, autoimmune, neurological, or mental health conditions, could qualify.

Your Letter of Medical Necessity is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used for any eligible purchases made during this time. Be sure to keep and submit all related receipts when filing with your HSA/FSA administrator.

You should keep it on file for at least three years in the event of an IRS audit of your HSA or FSA account. Occasionally, FSAs may ask for the Letter to confirm the eligibility of your purchase.

All products shown in the Flex Marketplace are HSA/FSA eligible, some may require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). Balanced Body may also offer additional eligible items on their website. When shopping directly on Balanced Body's site, look for HSA/FSA messaging on individual product pages. Flex accepts HSA/FSA cards, credit/debit cards, and split payments.
