Nex Playground is an active game system for families and friends that gets people moving through physical and mental challenges. Its built-in wide-angle camera and Nex AI-powered motion engine track 18 body nodes in real time, with support for up to four players depending on the game. Games use body movement for gameplay; the included remote is for navigation. Computer vision runs directly on the device, and games can be played offline once downloaded. It includes PlayOS, HDMI TV connection with cable, WiFi, and Bluetooth 5.0. A minimum play area of about 6 ft x 6 ft is recommended. The box includes Nex Playground, a magnetic privacy cover, remote control, power supply, HDMI cable, and a five-game Starter Pack: Fruit Ninja, Whack-a-Mole Deluxe, Party Fowl, Go Keeper, and Starri. An optional Play Pass provides unlimited access to the complete catalog and new content every month. Recommended for ages 5 and up.

Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) let you set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified health expenses. HSAs are linked to high-deductible health plans, and funds in these accounts roll over year after year. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow you to use pre-tax dollars for eligible health expenses. Unlike HSAs, FSAs are not tied to a specific health plan and often require you to use the funds within the calendar year. FSAs are typically provided by employers.

HSA and FSA cards are debit cards, and the most common reason for declines is insufficient funds. Reach out to your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm your balance.

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex - Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and Flex will email you an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

A Letter of Medical Necessity is a document from a licensed healthcare provider that verifies the medical necessity of a product or service, making it eligible to purchase using your HSA or FSA. This might include items or treatments like supplements or physical therapy that aren’t automatically recognized as eligible expenses.

A licensed clinician will determine your eligibility during a chat-based telehealth consultation. According to IRS guidelines, you must have a medical condition that warrants the product or service you intend to purchase using your HSA/FSA. A range of conditions, such as cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, autoimmune, neurological, or mental health conditions, could qualify.

Your Letter of Medical Necessity is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used for any eligible purchases made during this time. Be sure to keep and submit all related receipts when filing with your HSA/FSA administrator.

You should keep it on file for at least three years in the event of an IRS audit of your HSA or FSA account. Occasionally, FSAs may ask for the Letter to confirm the eligibility of your purchase.
